"Hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Staff was nice but pool and hottub were run down and disgusting. Rust, algae and black mold everywhere. Wouldn’t let my kids swim and left within an hour of checkin and got a new hotel. "

"Picked this hotel over others in it's ratings & price range because -on all platforms and web sites- it offered a free breakfast. When I asked about breakfast hours at check in I was told, "oh, sorry, no, just coffee, no breakfast served except on weekends." This was on a Monday so we were out of luck. That added a $30 to $60 additional expenses to our trip. On top of that it was kind of a seedy place. No where near as nice as the pictures."

"The staff was not helpful. Did ask to have the room cleaned 2 times and they came in and made the bed again can’t say clean or the same sheets because idk and the bathroom was not cleaned when they did clean the room finally. They did give us towels though. Never anyone at the desk u always had to ring the bell for service. The breakfast was ok. Typical comfort suites breakfast. We will not for sure be back."

"Excellent location if you’re a traveler and the hotel is in good condition. Beds come with lots of pillows and the nice bath had plenty of towels. Breakfast was fine."

"I liked the thought of a kitchen. Fully stocked means bare minimum on dishes and silverware. Dishwasher didn't work. Garbage disposal had horrible odor. I ran hot water and soap down it. Refrigerator also looks clean but has odor. Bedroom was great size bedding was great.the pillows were my favorite part. 1 out of 4 staff I interacted with was pleasant the rest were rude, 1 was insulting. The elevator is at one end of the building, naturally our room was at the opposite, No ceiling fans in any of the rooms, one might be nice. Room Decor was great, light choices were helpful. No light in closet but ironing board. Towels were clean and white. I appreciated the dove products in refillable bottles on wall and shower. Better for the environment and less to drag around with you in your suitcase. Location is close to airport, mall, grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. You have short travel to see ocean and lighthouses."

"The pullout mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it. Dark stains all over. Absolutely horrible. Additionally, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this is the first one that I could hear every footstep the room above us made. "
