  • La Maison du Couvent propose un logement entièrement rénové dans un ancien couvent du 17ème siècle, beaucoup de cachet, dans un environnement très calme :
    La Chapelle se compose comme suit :
    - Entrée, avec placard, espace buanderie
    - Salon, avec canapé (lit 160 x 190 couchage possible), fauteuil, TV
    - Une grande pièce de vie, avec cuisine ouverte aménagement sur mesure, belles voutes en brique et pierre (belle hauteur sous plafond), grande baie vitrée, ancienne chapelle du 17° siècle.
    - Une chambre avec un lit double (180x200)
    - Une salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne (140 x 90), Meuble avec un évier (Starck)
    - Toilettes indépendants.
    - Les équipements :
    Wifi gratuit, lave-linge (marque Miele), sèche-linge (marque Miele), four (marque Miele), micro-onde (Marque Miele), Induction (marque Miele), réfrigérateur (marque LIEBHER) , TV, radio TIVOLI, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière, vaisselle, casseroles, etc...
    - Couette et drap fournis, serviettes de toilette fournies, linge de maison fourni.
    - Nous apportons un soin particulier au ménage et entretien des lieux, la personne en charge de la maison est très méticuleuse
    - Le jardin arboré est privatif (environ 900 m2) et clos de murs. Nous mettons à disposition : BBQ au charbon WEBER, Mobilier de jardin, tables, chaises et transats FERMOB, Transat.
    - Parking gratuit devant la maison
    - La Maison du Couvent se situe dans une impasse, très au calme.
    - Le logement n'est malheureusement pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, en raison de nombreux escaliers (immeuble très ancien).

    L'appartement est à proximité :
    - des commerces et du centre historique de Beaune (5 minutes à pied),
    - du vignoble (500 mètres),
    - de la vélo-route et du Parc de la Bouzaize (300 mètres)
    - à 2 minutes à pied des restaurants (Table du Square, Le Colombier..)
    - à 5 minutes à pied des caves pour déguster (Maison Joseph Drouhin, Cave Patriarche.)
    - à 5 minutes à pied du marché (mercredi et samedi matin)
    Beaune est une ville très riche en patrimoine culturel, à visiter en toutes saisons. Beaune offre de nombreux restaurants, des bars à vin, des endroits agréables pour se ressourcer (Spa tout proche de la maison, cours de cuisine, Initiation à la dégustation, découverte du vignoble, promenade sur les remparts fortifiés, balades à vélo sur la vélo-route qui sillonne les vignes, activités ludiques pour les enfants (Ski nautique, piscine naturelle), site d’escalade non loin…Vous pouvez aussi programmer une visite de Dijon, capitale des Ducs de Bourgogne.

This was a comfortable spacious and stylishly decorated property that was well located for shops and restaurants which were plentiful and catered to all tastes and budgets. I would consider staying again if we returned to the region.

A first class apartment within 10 mins walk of Beaune centre and its array of excellent facilities - particularly bars and restaurants. The property was immaculate and all facilities were of a very high standard. Particular mention must go to the lovely interior design - clearly the work of someone who has a great "eye" for this. Beautiful one bedroom close to town

Thanks for providing a beautiful one bedroom apartment close to town. It is easy walk to the Fallot Mustard factory and into the old town for shopping and dining. Very modern amenities which is hard to find.

A special place

Beautiful place with lots of charm and modern amenities. Location was great - quiet and private but walking distance from les ramparts, l'Hotel-Dieu, and all that Beaune has to offer. We'd come back in a minute.

This is the third time that we stayed here. The Apartment is beautiful and well maintained. It is a short walk to the center of town. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We are already making plans to return next year.

Wonderful Beune Property!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this charming converted convent. Spacious and tastefully appointed with a huge step-down kitchen area. Plus the private backyard created a pristine and quiet stay. Beyond that, Beune is a charming town with lots of history, friendly locals wonderful restaurants and great bike trails to neighboring villages.

The property was beautiful, exactly as depicted. The renovation was done beautifully, mixing the old architecture with modern design. The kitchen was well appointed with nice ceramic plates and quality flatware. We enjoyed our morning Nespresso, which was provided by the host. The fridge is full size, and there are many grocery stores nearby. The shower has great water pressure and the bathroom is a nice size with the toilet in separate room. The apartment is within walking distance of a park and many sights and restaurants. Parking is provided. We stayed during a heatwave and fans were provided. We could have used 1 more fan in the kitchen area. (I'll bet it would have been provided had we asked). Washer, dryer, Iron and drying rack all provided. Definitely a cool, historical place to stay!

Fabulous Flat in Beaune

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed! The flat is exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect - a short walk to the town center, the Saturday market and fabulous restaurants. It is a quiet and relaxing respite after a full day exploring Burgundy. Caroline was wonderful host, providing great information and timely responses. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The property is very tastefully decorated with the remains of arched brick ceilings. It has all modern furnishings and quality appliances. The place is located two blocks from central Beaune with an easy walk to many highlights of Beaune. It is also a good location for seeing other towns and cities in Burgundy.

Beautiful authentic rental

A very lovely remodeled one bedroom with three separate beautifully design rooms, kitchen with the newest appliances, separate toilet, washer, dryer, and beautiful, authentic original stonework. Very easy, five minute walk to the center of the village, and very enjoyable! Wonderful!

Lovely recently refurbished apartment in a historical building on a quiet side street a short walk to downtown Beaune. Vacances a Beaune

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful flat. Everything was perfect! The flat was even more attractive in person than in the photos on the VRBO website. The location was great—it was only a short walk to the center of Beaune. Although we did not meet Caroline, she was really helpful before we left home and she sent us useful texts while we were in Beaune. We saw Max a couple of times, and he was the perfect host. All in all, our Beaune holiday was formidable!

AMAZING stay in Beaune!

Truly one of the coolest and most amazing rental properties we have stayed in. The apartment is so unique, beautiful and well appointed. It was a quick 5-minute walk into town. Only critique is the window shades are very thin and you feel a little 'exposed' to neighbors at night, specifically in the bathroom. Thank for for an awesome stay in Burgundy! :)

The apartment has been beautifully renovated, however it is odd that the toilet is outside the bedroom and the sink & shower are on the other side of the living room. It was stressful to find, instead of a welcoming bottle of wine or cookies, framed notes threatening fines if you damaged a towel or did not take out the trash properly!The couch in the living room and the kitchen chairs are not very comfortable. It was convenient to have the washer and dryer. It would have been nice to know that this apartment is the 3rd or 4th unit down a narrow sort of alley. Parking on the street was never available. The location is not far from downtown and near a cute park. Overall, a decent stay but with several caveats. We were surprised by all the perfect 10 star reviews.

5 days in busy Beaune

We enjoyed the spaces of the apartment. Everything was as pictured Without a car, there was a lot of walking. It’s quite warm in Beaune but two fans helped. Adding two luggage racks for suitcases would add to the apartment’s comfort. It’s a long walk to and from the train station on the very rough surfaces.
