"The rooms need to be updated. The bathrooms are small and the sink is out in the open, no privacy. It would be beneficial to have table or a desk for eating. Would also suggest a TV that swivels."

"Baton Rouge in general struggles with customer service. The Hilton as a brand should be ashamed their front desk staff, valets and restaurant staff fall so short of professional standards. There must be zero training. These young people have zero hospitality training. The housekeeping is sub-par which is constant with Baton Rouge hotels but the rudeness was extra, extra. This isn’t even to mention the night the fire alarm went off for three hours and these clowns could not get it together. Many frieghtened children standing in the street in their pajamas with drunk people smoking and a wedding reception and it was disgusting. You will die here if there is a fire between the ignorance and apathy."
