Bateman’s Bay is a 4-hour drive from Sydney. Public transport is available via bus. Alternatively, direct flights (50 minutes) are available from Sydney to Moruya, where buses can take you directly to Beach Road.

Batemans Bay is a destination that offers opportunities for nature-loving travellers to explore the coastline, ocean, wildlife and to indulge in local produce and fresh seafood. Batehaven is an excellent gateway to explore the greater Batemans Bay area and the perfect spot to relax for a day trip or getaway. Not only is this area of NSW’s south coast home to beautiful beaches and natural wonders, it also boasts a large range of eateries, restaurants and shopping options to ensure you have everything you need.  
House rules  
You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:  
  
\- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am  
\- No parties or antisocial behaviour  
\- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval  
\- No pets are allowed in the property without approval  
\- No smoking is allowed at any times  
\- If you break something, please let us know  
  
\- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property  
  
Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.  
  
IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Access description  
You can access the complex directly from Beach Road. After entering the complex, turn right. Go up the stairs on the right, at the top turn right and the unit is the first on the left.  
  
There is a lockbox containing the keys next to the front door of the unit. We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.  
  
You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

Public transport  
There are bus stops located on Beach Road, a 2-minute walk from the property. These routes can take you to Canberra City via Batehaven’s Beach and Batemans Bay or to Moruya via Denhams Beach, Surf Beach and Broulee.  
  
Ride sharing  
There are plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Batemans Bay. We recommend booking a taxi in advance as there may be limited availability.

The apartment was in a fantastic location with the beach across the road. We loved just sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the waves crash on the beach with a wine and cheese board to enjoy.

Nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry area is a little grungy and entire property needs a good power wash. Now the positives: outstanding view and balcony area, great little kitchen. It’s also comforting to have own parking stall and easy rubbish removal. Beware of one inch step up into bathroom-I managed to trip! Also shower drains very slowly. Good location to town and 2 beaches a few footsteps away. Would definitely recommend.

We have stayed here previously when it was still a motel. We love the location and the views of the sea. Some care could be taken in replacing the pot plants along the front near doors. The garden out front is well cared for. A few slight issues with broken toilet holder and bed side light that both need replacing. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay again due to beautiful views from balcony.
