Facilities were great, with lots of special touches, like the sauna and jacuzzi, and games room and an endless supply of wood for the fireplace. We used the bbq every day, and my brothers were even tempted to use the smoker. Perfect location, shops, beach and playground literally across the road. Scott was super helpful and responsive. The new spa and sauna addition were a total highlight — such a relaxing touch that made the whole stay feel like a proper escape. The newly added games room was a huge win for everyone — the pinball machine and Daytona setup kept both the kids and adults entertained for hours. It really added an extra layer of fun to the trip and meant there was always something to do, even on a rainy afternoon. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the local beach, which made beach visits super convenient and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Plenty of additions like bikes and play room with snooker/air ball etc is a bonus. Bar B Que needs a solid hotplate option. Loved the fire pit it was a great communal gathering point.
