"OK the outside scared me. It looked run down and I was afraid to step inside. However, once I went into the lobby I was reassured how we mustn't judge a book by it's cover. The woman that checked us in was the nicest! I wish I got her name. She suggested a wonderful spot for dinner and was just a great human in general. Our room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the experience was very pleasant!! The cost was affordable too. Would definitely stay again. "

"We were in Batavia for a few days visiting family. The property was well furnished and we had everything we needed. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. Overall much better than staying in a hotel and we'd definitely be willing to stay here again."
