"Convenient location right off 405 - it's easy to get anywhere on the Eastside or to head west to Seattle. The staff at this property is bar none - they are welcoming, upbeat and helpful and truly made the stay feel as though you're at a much higher-end hotel."

"We stayed here for four nights while touring the Seattle area. The hotel has a good location near the interstate and also the light rail station. There is excellent security in place for the parking garage and room floor access where you need to use your room key to get to those areas. Housekeeping did a great job except forgetting to give us coffee and an ice bag one morning. But we were able to remedy that right away as she was still in the hallway cleaning other rooms. Our room was on the fourth floor and we really appreciated the quick and smooth ride of the elevator."

"Pool and spa were closed. There was trash under the bed. Very very noisy. People loitering around parking lot. Staff seemed disinterested in guests. It looked like they were fumigating a room with a mattress in the hallway. Hope I’m not bringing back bedbugs. Beds comfortable, good variety of pillows, great blackout curtains, nice hot water for showers, plenty of towels. Iron and hair dryer in room. Spacious room."

"My only complaint was that the bed was not as comfy as I would have liked. The room was huge and cozy. The staff went above and beyond. I was there for five nights for medical stuff that was no fun but this hotel was a safe, comfortable, home away from home. "
