"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, clean scent as soon as I walked in. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space. The bathroom was equally clean, with neatly arranged toiletries and no signs of wear or mess."

"It is a quaint place if you don’t mind the fact that it is a bit out of the way. It does have metro and bus very close by. Had an incident at the hotel but the staff attended to situation quickly and diligently. The hotel is an older hotel so if you are looking for something upscale you may want to reconsider. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast and evening meals were excellent. Parking was easy. We were able to walk into town along the canal which runs along the rear of the hotel in 5- 10 minutes. Very enjoyable stay."

"Checkin was horrendous. First room was unmade, there was bedlinen lining the corridors & numerous guests were irritated that their room was not ready. Checkin is at 4 but my room was not ready until. The bed was very uncomfortable & the room was cold (with a pathetic small oil heater to try & heat it). "
