« PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. We loved having access to the hot tub and pool after a long day, and the continental breakfast the next morning was wonderful. The stay was comfortable, relaxing, and convenient. « Check in took forever and was a joke, the lady at the front desk could have used help with everyone checking in on Memorial weekend. Exterior Door number 3 doesn’t lock all the time and the key cards don’t work well. Not to worry though folks, we just got new cards without verifying that we were staying in those rooms! No questions asked on 3 different occasions, all different people working. No one asked for ID or even if our names matched the room… They didn’t care when this was brought up....
