« Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.

« We had a good night’s sleep. There are several suggestions for improvement: 1 - could not lock the door from the inside. 2 - Add a hand towel or two to the two bath towels. 3 - Take care of the bugs in the bath. »

« Lovely accomodation. Really quiet, easy to find and park and clear check instructions given the day before. The garden was well maintained - we had a lovely room opening out onto the back. A recommendation to the hotel would be to provide some instructions/guide in the room on any local amenities as well as how the...
