  • Masia Can Calet est une maison familiale située dans le centre de la ville de LES FRANQUESES DEL VALLÈS (à 35 km du centre de Barcelone).

    À la maison, vous trouverez la tranquillité, le confort, la proximité avec vos points d'intérêt professionnels ou de loisirs avec un traitement familial. Notre souhait est que vous vous sentiez chez vous.

    Nous vous proposons un APPARTEMENT au rez-de-chaussée d'une ancienne ferme (Masía) de 1840. L'appartement dispose d'un accès indépendant avec un PATIO EXTÉRIEUR PRIVÉ. La propriété a un total de 2000 mètres où nous avons un parking privé, un verger et un jardin extérieur.

    Son excellent EMPLACEMENT permet un accès facile et rapide aux principaux points d'intérêt depuis les quartiers d'affaires des FRANQUESES et GRANOLLERS, la ville de BARCELONE (30 minutes en train), le CIRCUITO DE VELOCIDAD CATALUNYA (8 km), LA ROCA VILLAGE OUTLET SHOPPING (8 kms), la PLAYA de Mataró (20 kms) ou plusieurs parcours de GOLF (10 minutes).

    Nous avons 2 gares avec 2 lignes différentes à 10 minutes à pied de la maison (30 minutes du centre de Barcelone). L'une des lignes est directement reliée à l'AÉROPORT.

Loved the accommodation and Daniel was so helpful with finding places to eat locally and with figuring out the train into Barcelona. The accommodation was comfortable, attractive, super clean and we really enjoyed the beautiful yard and patio.

A secure haven of beauty in a disappointing town

Daniel the host was attentive and excellent, The property was pretty much perfect , sorry to say the town was dull, however it was easy to get to Barcelona and the beaches.

Stone House

Our host was on site and very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Daniel, the host, made sure taxi service was available and was informative about eateries and stores nearby. Comfy beds, and so quiet we slept very well.

Beautiful Property

Our stay at the Corner Stone was great. The living space is spacious and very clean. The bathrooms are big and the shower was hot with excellent water pressure. Our host Daniel was gracious, friendly, and very informative. I highly recommend staying at the Corner Stone in Barcelona.

The property is very nice - well maintained, clean and with inviting outdoor space. The stone structure retains it's old charm but has been renovated to make it comfortable with modern amenities. Daniel was very friendly and helpful with train schedules, restaurants, and general information to navigate the area.

Oasis of well being

In this wonderful holiday flat, which is a little oasis in a small town outside Bacelona, you can enjoy the evenings after a busy day in Barcelona, for example. The host has valuable tips for nice activities in the area. The flat is very well equipped, well-kept and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable.

Quaint restored 200 year old farmhouse

Overall a great experience, clean, charming, loved the exposed stone/brick. Easy access to train to Barcelona. Walking distances to quaint shops and restaurants. Host was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Recommendations were welcomed and a hit. We would definitely stay there again!

Hidden Gem in the city

Unique property that is quiet and private but within the city. Very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Daniel was very helpful restaurant suggestions and transportation into the centre of Barcelona.

An amazing property with space to move

We loved our short stay at this property. It was unique, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed including space to park our car. A short walk to shops and trains to get to Barcelona. Daniel was very helpful with information on what was available in the area. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Best stay ever

Daniel is an amazing host! He was extremely helpful and would answer right away. The place is beautiful, and comfortable. It’s a cute cottage but also spacious. The kitchen has everything you need as well as the bathrooms. The place was very homey, and this is where I will return if I come Barcelona again. Metro and restaurants are within a walking distance.

Gorgeous Old Stone House

Our three day stay at this beautiful old stone house was delightful. The property was well maintained inside and out. The beds were very confortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Daniel, the owner was welcoming and very helpful. Absolutely Stunning Property

Mad Can Calet is beyond your dreams or imagination. Absolutely stunning property. Daniel the host was fabulous to work with. This unit is huge and absolutely charming in all regards. The only slight downfall is that despite the train schedule, with the short walk etc, the reality was getting to town was closer to an hour but certainly not a deal breaker.

Excellent Stay

Daniel was an excellent host and provided us with a very comfortable stay. His property is beautifully restored and very modern. We appreciated his information in regard to trains, local supermarkets, where to eat, etc., as well as the nice bottle of red wine he provided. After having been in Barcelona amongst huge crowds, we really enjoyed the tranquility of the village (20,000 people). Getting to the airport by train was an easy 1-hour trip, and into the city of Barcelona only 30 minutes. Would definitely stay again in future.

Outstanding property

The apartment is in a beautifully restored stone barn, well-done and with all the amenities. Daniel, our host, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time orienting us to the area. The location is excellent. We used it as a base for short train rides into Barcelona as well as a day trip by car to Figueres and Cadaqués. You have the best of access to the city along with the tranquility of a small town atmosphere. We highly recommend the experience! Thank you, Daniel!!!

prachtige appartementen in een prachtig historische woning.

Oude boerderij, prachtig centraal gelegen voor bijv. een uitstapje met de trein naar Barcelona.. Heerlijke bedden en alles super schoon. Alles op loopafstand, station, restaurants. De zeer vriendelijke eigenaar Daniel, vertelt je zoveel mogelijk over alles wat je wilt weten. We komen er zeker terug! Los apartamentos se encuentran en una hermosa casa historica rodeada de un precioso jardín. El apartamento era muy cómodo con todo lo necesario y super limpio. El propietario Daniel es muy amable, te ayuda y informa en lo que necesites. Ubicado en el centro y cerca de Barcelona.

Great stay at a beautiful property!

Daniel is a great and very helpful host. He will help you in ways above and beyond what you may expect. The neighborhood is very convenient if you want to go to Barcelona and the surrounding areas without the downsides of being directly in the center of the city. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures and the apartment has everything you need to have a home away from home. The showers are a major upside if you have experienced low water pressure elsewhere in Spain. I highly recommend Mas Can Calet!
