« Parking was a bit scary with the Ice conditions out. But the staff was very friendly. They helped me stay in the same room after my flight was canceled so I didn’t have and inconvenience of having to move around and what not. They did great. »

« Fully stocked kitchen for cooking - best ever!House was warm ( it was cold outside) when we entered , backwards of usual rentals- had to ask how to turn it down lol!Host got out kayaks from storage for us to use which we appreciated very much . Only complaint was we did not know the hot tub was already turned off for the season. Sauna was great!This was a great place to stay away from Houghton but still good for traveling to multiple sites in the area. »

« Found these cottages by chance & we’re so grateful. It seemed that EVERY other place was booked; required multiple night stays, or would not allow pets. Our request was granted promptly thru VRBO, as usual. Admittedly, it was strange not having a hotel clerk to admit us, but we were used to it w VRBO.
