### Beautiful Bar Harbor House

Make joyful memories at this family-friendly place.  
With its spacious 3 bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms, this house offers ample space for your family to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.  
This is a new listing; we have fully renovated the house and listed it here on VRBO for the first time. Therefore, there are no reviews. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.  
After two years of successfully hosting on VRBO, we are excited to welcome guests to this new, beautiful house.  
The space  
Bedrooms: 3  
Beds: 6  
Bathrooms: 2  
Beds: 1 King bed, 4 Queen Beds, and 1 Pull-out Couch.  
  
This is a double-storey house. Living, Dining, Kitchen, one Bedroom, and one full bathroom are downstairs. There are 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom on the second floor. The living area downstairs also has a Pull-out Couch.  
  
The downstairs bedroom has a King Bed, and the two other bedrooms have two queen beds each. There is also a Queen-size Pull-out Couch.. This beautiful house has 6 beds, which means it comfortably fits a big family or a big group of friends.  
  
There is a beautiful deck for you to enjoy the summer evenings during your holiday.  
  
Located 4 miles from the Acadia National Park entrance and 7 miles from downtown Bar Harbor.  
Other things to note  
This House is located in Hickley Dreamwood Cottages.  
  
Cancellation Policy:   
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.  
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.

The location was perfect for our goals of hiking and visiting the park and spending time in Bar Harbor. As a new rental, the only major concern occurred upon arrival when we unexpectedly found a staffer in the home. She explained she was a worker in the neighboring rentals and we learned that all the staff had access through two entrances shown in attached photo below: the laundry facility and office. The doors entered directly into the home w no means of prevention; locks were external to the home. Owner acknowledged the concern in follow up conversation, but we want future renters to be aware and inquire regarding status. Reported to VRBO as well.
