"Our host was top notch and we loved the free snacks.I would make one communication recommendation. There was a min-fridge in our room and we just assumed it was on. In fact it was plugged into a power strip and we realized too late that the power strip, while plugged in was turned off. Guests need to know accordingly."

"The location of this property is ideal if you are wanting a place close to ETSU, restaurants and downtown Johnson City. The neighborhood seems to be 'up and coming' and primarily residential, but it is quiet. We stayed in #6, which is small and quaint but very comfortable. Great amenities and an excellent place for a quick visit."

"Probably one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in in terms of layout, decor, size, and cleanliness. I would recommend with some caveats:-It is almost TOO clean, in that it smells very antiseptic. Like strong cleaning products. Knit picking for sure, just making that info available for those who are sensitive to strong smells. "Me and my wife celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary and stayed in the downtown loft and couldn’t have been more pleased. Loved the close walk to great restaurants and shopping. The liveliness of downtown was entertaining and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Johnson City!"
