Large room with a huge bed, only issue I had was typical of Thailand, the hard bed. Too hard for me to be comfortable but is quite common in many hotels here. Beskrivelsen i Hotels.com var mye bedre enn virkeligheten. Av bildene kunne man få inntrykk av at hotellet hadde tilbud om frokostservering, og at det var muligheter for å få massasje på hotellet. Ingen av delene var tilgjengelig. Frokost måtte inntas på en nærliggende kafe. Hotellet var svært nedslitt, parketten skriket i alle retninger. Det manglet såpe på badet. Det var kun 2 store badehåndklær, ingen håndduk til å bruke til håndvask. Kommunikasjonen til flyplassen var dårlig. Vi måtte benytte hotellets taxitilbud.
