"Our recent stay at the SpringHill Suites Boise West was a great stay. We had an excellent experience. The hotel’s pet policy is outstanding, making it an ideal choice for those traveling with animals. My room was exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed, providing a very relaxing environment. A particular highlight of the stay was the breakfast, which exceeded expectations. The variety of options was impressive, and the inclusion of a wide selection of beverages—including hot chocolate—was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. I highly recommend this property for its quality service and amenities. "

"Fit our need as far as location and 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Neighborhood is great. Wasn’t dirty as in hadn’t been cleaned but several things that left you feeling uneasy (dead house plants, 1/2 used bars of bath soap, almost no hand soap, no kleenex provided and very few paper towels, broken chairs…). Not going to say don’t stay but also feel it advertises as better than it is. Friends and family stayed at other places around the area that were better."

"Didn’t have the breakfast as it is not included with the room and left our pet at the kennel. Didn¡t see any dogs at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was roomy and had all the lotions and great towels we would need."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very clean and well kept, with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Quality bedding and linens were provided, as well as a full size gas bbq and patio furniture for your outdoor experience. The home also provides an office with printer if work is necessary. Overall great experience. Five stars!!!"
