« The room was difficult to get into with our luggage. The plug in the bathroom did not work at all, and therefore, I had no way to do my hair in the morning since there was no other mirror in the room. The price seemed very high for the room. We have been traveling all week and staying at various places along the Blue Ridge mountains, and we can surely say this was the worst of all. »

« The Mountainaire is a throwback to the 50’s. Its quaint log cabin feel is cozy. The rocking chairs on the porch were welcoming and we made use of them to visit with other guests. The rooms are small but that was expected. The bed was comfortable. »

« This is one of the most charming inns! Yes, it's a bit old and the room a little small, but it's clean and super bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept like babies being able to open the windows instead of having to endure the noise of the air conditioner like in all places. The front desk staff was very nice and called within a few hours of our arrival to make sure we liked our room and were comfortable. We will absolutely return here!
We also fell in love with this charming...

« We have stayed here multiple times and it is always clean, well maintained and the staff makes sure we have what we need. Plus we like the convenience of a kitchen and washer/dryer and the proximity to town. It's our favorite and place and hopefully we will be back again soon. »

« The room was clean, the TV was tiny and didnt have a clear picture, the outside trash can was overflowing for 2 days before it was emptied, and there were always people outside around the stairs smoking when you went in and out. There were really no amenities to speak of. Other than that it was great! »
