"The hotel was great - breakfast scones were the best we had in Ireland! We took a taxi into Belfast for the day so we weren't at the hotel that much."

"As a solo female traveler I felt safe. Property was clean. "
"We were visiting Belfast with another couple and stayed at The Malone for two nights. We chose the hotel as it looked liked a good standard and because of the ample free parking for our rental car. We were not disappointed as we really enjoyed our stay. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and we made good use of the fine bar, which served a great pint of Guinness! The only downside was that as my wife is in a wheelchair we had asked for an accessible room, which was generally very good but the shower did not have a seat. We asked for a “shower chair” on three separate occasions but despite being promised one it never materialised. We ended up taking the matter into our own hands and on the second day used one of the plastic bar chairs from the terrace, which actually worked really well. The location in a quiet residential street and close to the Botanic Gardens & Ulster Museum was fine for us but others may prefer being closer to the City Centre."
"Very clean great food options in a rough area but they manage to keep their area clean and feeling like it’s not in a rough area. Great after hours service the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in to be honest. friendly and helpful staff we would def come back again! "
