Nestled in a nice neighborhood, this quaint house offers a cozy and comfortable stay for guests.
Large Hanover home with maintained front and back yard, Van Patten Colonial.
Located on Exit 11 on (I-87) in Country Knolls development,
close to shopping and entertainment.
Home has bedrooms on top floor each with plenty of closet space, also upstairs a full bath.
Please note : 2 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs , the basement and garage to the residence
will NOT be available to guests, which will be locked, is also not shared or used during your stay.
The 1st floor has updated kitchen, oak cabinets, tiled counter tops, stainless appliances + plenty of pantry storage.
Large family room, formal dining room, Living room all with hard wood floors.
Fireplace is NOT to be used by guests it is closed off.

We want each guest to feel at home during their stay, however, parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.
HOUSE RULES
• Acceptance of the House Rules is assumed upon booking
• No unregistered guests. including unregistered children. (for insurance & liability reasons
everyone needs to be registered).
• No parties of any kind. We are a quiet neighborhood with neighbors in close proximity.
If a party is hosted with unregistered guests, Guests and occupants may be evicted without refund, which may also include, if applicable, forfeiture of Guest’s security deposit.
• Quiet time is between 11:00pm-8:00am. This includes loud music and voices; noise travels where it is quiet and serene.
Please:
…No wet towels on the furniture or floor.
…Do not move the larger furniture.
…No Heels or muddy shoes in home, if possible bring slippers.
…Shut off all lights and AC units when planning on not being home for the day.
…Doors must remain closed to keep the bugs and mosquitoes out of the house.
…There is a garbage disposal - please be careful what goes in the kitchen sink.
…No candles anywhere on the property.
…No weapons are allowed on the property.
….No smoking or vaping in or around the home.
….No pets.
….No fireworks allowed on the property.
…..Do not leave opened food out on the counters/table/floor.

The host is also located in the neighborhood for your convenience should any problems arise
