"Staying at the Encore Boston Harbor is one of those rare experiences where expectations don’t just get met—they get blown out of the water. From the moment you walk in, everything feels intentional, polished, and genuinely high-end without trying too hard. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—honestly hard to leave once you’re in them. The amenities are on another level, whether it’s the spa, dining, or just the overall atmosphere of the property. Service is consistent, professional, and actually helpful (which, let’s be real, isn’t always a given at places like this). Everything runs the way it should, and it shows. If this is an option, it’s the only option. I’ll stay here every time without hesitation."

"Here’s something sharp, clean, and gets the point across without rambling: ⸻ Booked this hotel specifically for the amenities, only to find out the day before check-in that everything was closed for renovations. No meaningful notice, no real opportunity to rebook elsewhere—just stuck. We were initially told we could use the pool at the Marriott Hotel next door, which sounded like a reasonable solution… until they walked that back and tried to charge $90 for it. At that point, it became clear customer service was more about deflection than resolution. Between the lack of transparency, the last-minute changes, and the runaround from management (including the GM), this stay turned into a hassle that could have easily been avoided. Would not recommend."

"The shuttle service they offer is was unreliable getting picked up from the airport (45-50 minute wait) and then upon getting to the hotel we were cut off mid check in by some lady who clearly was distressed and seemed to be on something, yelling profanities and stomping around the lobby saying she lost her phone. She was not a guest there but was in communication with the staff, and we ran into her multiple times throughout our stay. Very unprofessional in my opinion. After we finally were able to check in (they told us the day before early check in would be available, when we arrived it wasn’t and we had to wait even longer after waiting for the shuttle for 45-50 minutes in the cold) we had some difficulties because the room was incorrect and we had to go get the key sorted, which then turned out to be the key to a room that wasn’t even clean so we had to go back down to the lobby a third time to get it fixed. We were left stranded at the train station for almost an hour on Saturday night waiting for the shuttle to get us (we didn’t get pick up till almost MIDNIGHT, and we watched them drive right by after calling to request) and then in the morning we were supposed to have a shuttle back to the airport at 4AM for our 530 flight. The driver walked by without saying anything to us and wasn’t leaving on time so we ended up getting an Uber last minute to get us there on time. Overall it was just a lot of inconsistencies and not something I want to deal with in the future."
