"This property is a great value. I initially had trouble checking in, but that was my fault for not reviewing the information the owner sent to me in Expedia. I contacted the owner and they walked me through the process. The room is very well-equipped, especially for how small it is. I love the DeLonghi coffee maker! The property is in a densely populated neighborhood, as described in their information, so parking was difficult. It's Seattle after all. But once I got parking sorted, the rest of my stay was great. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I enjoyed a nice meal at a sports bar nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay at Ballard Sweet Suites again."

"We have already booked our next room for the next time we’re back in Seattle. It’s old but clean. We only stayed one night but it was quiet and the front desk person who checked us in was great."

There were lots of nice touches throughout, including a nice welcome card and thorough home/neighborhood informational guide. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops."

"This was a very clean and well stocked duplex. All the utensils and dishes you could need are there. Fridge and microwave are adequate and the coffee maker works well."

"Pros- clean, cheap and in a decent area. Host was pretty responsive , and the check in link/break down was cute. Cons- There was no electricity when I arrived. I work in Seattle and drove 3hrs here, so I had a 5pm check in instead of 3pm. When I got there I hadn't even taken all my stuff in when I realized there was no electricity. I always take "check in" and "check out" videos. After seeing the power problem, I took a video for that. Immediately messaged Vince and he asked if I had used multiple appliances. I didnt even have all my bags in lol. He did try to fix it and call maintenance. Unfortunately Maint was out and I was requested to flip the breaker myself. I didn't feel comfortable and called VRBO because I dont want to mess anything up or disturb other renters. I made it very known I thought this was a wild request. After 2 VRBO supervisors I was offered some VRBO credit, but was still w/o power for 3.5hrs. I did flip the breaker because I need electricity, but Im still not excited about it. The rest of the stay was fairly smooth. Small cons- neighbor did weird stuff with the bath all night multiple times every night? And ice? So much ice? My mind was WANDERING about what he was doing lolHS next to unit has parking lot but of course the kids and parents WILL take street parking and try to illegally park, blocking you in. All in all, not bad. The electricity thing was wild, though."

"The room was beautiful and clean! Adorable little building. We got a room with a bathroom and it a view of the main street. The only thing I can think of is that there should be better direction on where to check in and park. You have to check in at the Ballard hotel to get the key to the Ballard Inn. It was easy once we figured that part out. It was a great stay. Bed was comfy as well. Will definitely stay again!"
