"This location is not managed like a normal motel. When we opened the door to our room, the bed was unmade and you could see the garbage can overflowing in the bathroom. There wasn't an easy way to contact the motel. Luckily the office was opened. We were advised that housekeeping missed the room and were asked if we could wait an hour. The staff was very nice and tried to do what they could to resolve the situation. Eventually we were upgraded to a different room which was very nice. The customer service was excellent and the room issue was resolved."
