Our stay at Galaxy Pyramids was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service went above and beyond anything we expected. The hotel itself is comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located — and the rooms are impressively clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, which made our stay even more relaxing. What truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff. Adam and Saif were phenomenal throughout our entire visit. They anticipated every need, handled every detail with care, and made us feel completely looked after. They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way. what can I say? This hotel is beautiful, amazing, and very comfortable bed. The only gripe I have is there are no plugs in the bathroom and for a lady like me that needs to blow dry her hair. I had to use the plug next to the bed with no mirror. Otherwise, this is an amazing and beautiful hotel.
