Unique 16th century Villa nestled among a lush green garden,situated in an ancient village overlooking Lake Varese.The property demonstrates the elaborate architecture of the era, hosting Frescoed vaulted ceilings of cobalt blue and pigmented red which lends itself to a graceful beauty, timelessly upkept by the current owners.  
  
The homely lounge with its Steinway piano, walled bookcase and grand fireplace invites evenings of warmth and friendship. While the fresh and tastefully decorated interiors encompass comfort and harmony. The master bedrooms grandeur is optimised by fully frescoed ceiling and walls, commanding the ambiance throughout the entire villa. The largest of the bathrooms offers a separate shower and bath tub and a wonderful view to gaze upon over the Varese Lake and the Alpine mountains.  
  
The courtyard with its ornate pillars and ‘Al fresco’ dining area are sure to please, diallylic for small events and private get-togethers, while the private gardens complete the captivating overall charm of Villa Berla.

The property entrance is antique, fronted by a large period wooden door. Car parking not available on site, but there are ample free parking options close by.

A dedicated Property manager will meet you on site and assist you to create the perfect vacation. From confirmed reservation CLV offers a private itinerary planning service. Guests will be welcomed by the Property Manager and will have a complete tour of the villa so as to feel at home from the moment they arrive. CLV Lifestyle services offer assistance and recommendations on restaurant bookings, Chef services, Private Charter Boats, Ferrari, Helicopter rides, massuese services and much more.. Capitol Lifestyle Villas provides a very personalised warm and friendly service. Native English and Italian speaking.  
  
There is a caretaker that lives in apartment on the estate but not the villa itself, they will not bother you on your stay.

There are so many special features to mention, such as the lilac arches and seductive stairways and of course the location of the property with its easy 30minutes drive to International Malpensa Airport, 20 minutes’ drive to the UNESCO Sacro Monte heritage site, 40 minutes to Stresa town and the famous Borromean Islands and less than 1 hour drive to visit Milan City.
