« Bonjour, le spa était fermé, soit disant par manque de personnel. Nous l'avons signalé et la fille de l'accueil nous a dit, "bah ce sera pour une prochaine fois". Lorsque nous sélectionons un hôtel, nous pensons qu'il est parfois interressant de payer un peu plus pour davantage de services. Lorsque les services sont défaillants, il en résulte une grande frustration d'autant qu'aucune compensation n'est proposée. Nous éviterons cette chaine à l'avenir. »

« Sejour très agréable. Appartement très confortable,joliment décoré. Très propre, bien équipé. Un grand merci à Elena pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme qui a participé à la réussite de notre séjour. Spa et salle de sport sont présents dans l'hôtel. A noter qu'il est possible de faire des randonnées au depart de l'hôtel et qu'un magasin d'alimentation est à 100 metres de l'hôtel. Chien bienvenue »
