The beach is easily accessed by a convenient boardwalk located just across the street and a couple of lots to the south. The open lot across the street from the home provides wonderful open views from the decks of the home which are spacious and offer plenty of seating for the entire group. Located in the heart of Kinnakeet Shores, this home is within walking distance of a large grocery store, multiple restaurants, frozen yogurt and shopping. For more adventure, ride your bicycle along the quiet side street or on the village-long multi-use path to the Avon Fishing Pier, Spa Koru among other shopping and recreation options. From the concrete drive and under-house parking, enter the home into the game room with 8 ft. pool table and 50" flat screen TV above the wet bar with three stools, complete with mini-fridge and ice machine and bar height bistro table with two chairs. An adjacent bunk room provides accommodations for the younger lads and lasses with a semi-private full bath shared with the game room. Step out the door to discover the jewel of the property, the expansive pool area and featuring one of the largest heated swimming pools in the area, a tiki bar, and lots of seating. It is located on the back side of the home for privacy from the street. The crews' quarters can be found on the mid-level of the home among four large bedrooms including two master bedrooms with private full baths, and two that share a full bathroom between them (queen, 2 singles). This queen bedroom has access to a private deck while the other three provide access to the wrap-around mid-level deck. The bubbly 6 person hot tub can be found on the deck outside the king master bedroom. The captain's master bedroom is located on the top level of the home and features access to a private deck, a large flat screen TV with BluRay player and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub. The great room astounds with high, cathedral ceilings, comfortable seating around the large flat screen TV with BluRay player, and lots of light coming through the many windows. Nautical treasures decorate the room, hand-crafted by a local island artisan. Find something new each time you visit! The kitchen is well-appointed with everything the group will need to prepare and enjoy meals together around the 10-person dining table. A 6-person breakfast bar provides additional seating, and for your outdoor dining pleasure, a slider leads out to the top level covered picnic area. View of ocean, close walk to beach or shopping and has a walk around porch with heated pool. The house is need of upgrades(light bulbs-either didn’t work or were non matching or wonky, shower curtains-there was mold, table-so sticky and kitchen items needed). There were a few railings loose as well as nails still sticking up around the pool. A little more attention to detail would do this place wonders.
