In much the same way, STELLA MARIS, a five-bedroom/four-bath home perched on the ocean’s edge, is a beacon for the tranquil getaway you seek. This newly renovated home uniquely blends a local sense of place with a cool contemporary design that instantly envelopes you in comfort and contentment. On the ground level, there is room to park two cars underneath the house so that they are protected from the elements. Avid anglers will note the fish cleaning station with water and lights, a new private outdoor shower, and a gas grill. A set of steps up to the first level leads you to four of the bedrooms: A king bedroom with an ensuite bath and oceanfront deck access; two queens and a pyramid bunk with trundle. All of the home’s bedrooms with the exception of one queen features Roku streaming TVs. Two hallway baths with tiled showers conveniently accommodate the post-beach rush. A six-person hot tub located on the oceanfront deck is covered to accommodate soothing soaks with stellar views no matter the weather. On the upper level, another king master suite reveals a renovated ensuite bath and deck access. The beach was beautiful. I wish the weather and water were warmer but it was just Mother Nature wasn't in the mood. It was still a wonderful week at the beach. It is a nice area with grocery shopping nearby and some shopping nearby. There is a couple of dunes to climb to get to the beach or back home. All of the houses in this area have them. It is something to be aware of when renting. Most of us could handle them fine. If you have trouble going up and down, it's a good fact to know. ##### Priscilla C.
