This expansive family retreat offers 3 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, and 7.5 bathrooms. Sit in the spa and relax or in the shaded cabana area with TV. This area also features outdoor dining and a natural gas grill poolside. The first floor of this property has a large family room with a wet bar, beverage fridge and pull out sofa along with 4 bedrooms. (1 king suite w/private bath, 1 queen suite w/private bath, a 2 twin bedroom suite w/private bath and a bunk room with 2 twins and a full bed and adjacent hall bath.) The fully renovated laundry area has a 2nd full fridge. The second floor affords spectacular ocean views and features a spacious great room with cathedral ceilings, fully stocked kitchen and huge dining table that seats 16! Additional dining space is provided on the deck area along with a cushioned sectional sofa and natural gas grill. This level has two bedrooms. (1 queen suite with private bath and a king master suite with private bath.) Take the stairs to the 3rd floor loft with TV and pull out sofa showcasing AMAZING views of the ocean. The backyard area has a storage shed and outdoor shower. This location is directly across the street from the 38th Street beach path and a short stroll or bike ride to downtown Avalon. The 39th Street park offers tennis, basketball, bocce and a playground for the kids.
