"Surprised at the room cleanliness. This is our 4th time staying at this property. And the no parking was a little disappointing."

"I was never given check in info and who to call. I had to search for a phone number to call. I did, but no one called me back, so I had to sleep in my car on Friday and Saturday night. It is now Sunday, and I still have not heard from them "

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"
