If you want something upscale or artsy or in the heart of the action, this is not it.The positives: 1) It was pretty clean.2) There's a washer/dryer and dishwasher.3) We felt safe there.4) Check-in/checkout was easy.5) It was affordable.6) There was enough hot water and towels.Disappointments: 1) The location is 1-2 miles from the part of the city we wanted to explore (S Congress where shops are downtown), which was challenging without a car. This wasn't clear beforehand because the apartment is near S Congress (the street), but that part of it is barren. Also there's no food that's really walkable. \*\*Perhaps that's our fault for not doing more research.\*\*2) Someone or something peed on the couch, and it wasn't us. That rendered it unusable, and overall the space was weirdly configured for hanging out. The bed was shoved against a wall and was very firm, and without a usable couch, it was hard to know where to go.3) Overall dingy space.
