Disliked: Check-in, location

I wasn’t allowed to stay. The owner told me after I had arrived in Austin that the house had been double-booked, someone was alteady in the house. He said that it was a glitch in the VRBO reservation system. He promised to refund money immediately. That was December 25\. The refund has not come through as of Jan 5\. I have seen VRBO system double book before. But Indon’t understand why the funds have not been returned to me.
