I put clean socks on and they were black and I mean black after walking from the bedroom to the bathroom. The paint, walls and floors were all shotty work. The front door which was the worst had previously been kicked in. The deadbolt for security was loose and easily broken into. They called security to come and fix it but the guy that showed up was in the apartment for less than 60 seconds. They said he would come back but he never did. I had set up cameras in the apt when I wasn’t there bc I don’t trust people. The hot water in the bathroom with the tub trickled out. They say it is for 6 people but they only had a 30 gallon hot water heater tank which was good for one bath or two very short showers. I did not feel safe. Our neighbors STOMPED on the floor EVERY night at 0245\. It was horrible and I do not recommend this place. ##### Diana R. Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### George Voyage en groupe 28 nov. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Spacious and minimalist. The place had a few issues. One of the elevators was not functioning, but another was available at the other end of the building. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep cleaning. It could also use area rugs or other items to absorb noise. An additional lamp or two in the living area would also be beneficial. The bedroom storage is only in the closet, with an upper rack. There is no drawer space in the bedroom for clothes other than the drawers located in the bathroom. Parking is managed through an app, and it took us 3 days and 3 phone calls to the support team and using various logins until it finally worked. Each time, the person on the phone was unable to open the gate remotely. Luckily, each time we were able to enter the parking deck when someone was driving out of the deck. The support staff was very quick to respond via phone, text and email, but it still took days to resolve. The streaming TV system was also problematic to get set up as it was still showing the previous guest's name even after a few days of our visit. Again, this required another phone call to partially resolve the matter. If you need a simple space to sleep close to UT, then this unit will serve that purpose. Flooring torn in multiple places. Vents with an inch of dust. Shower moldy and mildewy. Rust on towel holder. Toilet paper holder not on the wall but the hanging brackets still there. Toothpaste on the counter from previous guest. This property is definitely in need of some care & attention. Checked out after 1 night of a 7 night stay. Only received refund for half of what I paid. Positives are the bed was comfy, no bugs, AC worked, and host communicated well until I raised a concern. Look elsewhere. ##### Steffany B. Small holes in the wall where old towel racks were. Also, a part of the old toilet paper holder was still screwed in next to the new holder. Overall a bland apartment.
