Beautiful home located on a quiet street in South/Central Austin. This home is in a great location with easy access to all that Austin has to offer! Everything in the home is carefully thought out to ensure you have all that you will need. The house also features a large front and backyard with a fire pit, cowboy pool and mini pitch and put that are perfect for hanging out when relaxing between adventures. The space Newly updated and designed to be comfortable and feel like home. With the open floor plan it makes for a great space for entertaining or for cozy nights in. Beds are very comfortable and have 100% cotton bedding. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Premium appliances and a charcoal grill in the backyard. The dining table is large enough to accommodate 6-8 guests. Guest access Keyless entry means no lost keys or having to meet up. We will provide you with a new code before arrival. The home is in a residential neighborhood with a large driveway to fit 4 cars and free parking on the street. The property itself is easy access to all of Austin's attractions via uber or a short drive. Restaurants, shopping on South Congress, and Zilker park are less than 10 minutes away. Eastside and downtown are less than 15 away. Other things to note We are pet friendly! Please no parties or music after 11 pm. We love our neighbors and want to respect their space. Cleaning can be scheduled during your stay for additional cleaning fee.
