    Built for large groups this 5 bedroom house has 2 large living areas, an elite culinary chef`s kitchen, 3 king beds, 3 Queen beds, 10 twins, two dining areas, a 1/2 acre yard w/ golf, Pickle ball, ping pong, beer pong Bocce, cornhole. Sonos sound system, outdoor grill, fire pit, hot tub, parking for 7. $10 Uber to DT.

    Comfortably sleeps 22. w/ out the use of a single air mattress

    Early check in and late check out- very accommodating

    Near Schoal Creek running trail, tons of great places to eat to include Chez see known for French brunch and a famous Tex mex restaurant that has been ranked top 3 Mexican food in the USA several times - Fonda San Miguel , will likely take Lamar street and a $10 uber to downtown

    Public transportation (bus) within walking distance.

    The house has outdoor camera`s for your security. To view outdoor camera`s from the TV near the patio in the stone tiled room- change the input to HDMI 2.
    Do not park in street- driveway easily holds 6-8 vehicles.

    Please replace any beer, wine or other bottled beverages. If not replaced the cost of the beverages are deducted from the deposit.

    Be mindful of neighbors. Meaning - better to BBQ and hang out in back by fire pit vs front yard.

    Do not remake beds on last night. Best to leave used sheets and towels in the laundry room area

Host was very responsive. Amenities were great—esp pickleball and putting green. We didn’t try the hot tub—couldn’t get it to heat up. But the house and backyard were a good fit for 4teenagers and parents and grandparents! Memorable Christmas!

This house was absolutely perfect for our joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend! Very close to the nightlife in Austin, but also tons to do in the house. I would recommend staying here for anyone that needs a space for a large group!!!

Awesome House

I stayed here for a bachelor party with nine of my friends and it was perfect! The house is huge, in a great neighborhood, and has lots of extras that made it a lot of fun (sound system, ping pong, etc.) The host and his staff were also very friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property to host a bachelor party. Plenty of activities on site for entertainment and cooking. Highlight was of course the pickleball court and the turf putting/chipping green, great for mid day competitions. Property host was flexible and very responsive. Would recommend this location!

Unbelievable experience, the house was perfect for a large group of people. Dallas was an amazing host, very responsive and made sure everything was set up for our arrival. I would 100% recommend booking this house. About a 10 minute ride into the heart of Austin!

Great for big groups!

Had a great time at the house, everyone enjoyed the games and there was plenty of space for everyone all weekend. Great value for the location as well. Only minor issue was we couldn't figure out how to turn the hot tub on, nor find any written directions. Otherwise a perfect weekend!

Perfect spot for a bachelor get away to ATX!

This VRBO could not have been more ideal for our recent bachelor trip to ATX- the house was clean with plenty of space for our larger group for beds, games, and hanging out in the backyard. It is in a great location, and the recent addition of the chipping/ putting green is awesome. Our host Dallas was also super flexible and kept in constant communication regarding checkin and any of our groups needs.

Excellent stay. Honestly, the pictures don't do any justice and I recommend more/better pictures. It's a very large house with a lot of space and amenities (more than the pictures show). We had 10 guys, and everyone had a bed (no couches needed).

House was nice and spacious for a big bachelor party (14 people) and was a convenient location to down town. Dallas was very flexible with our group and prompt with all his responses. Highly recommend for other large groups!

I rented this space for my daughters 21st bday. All of the girls loved it!!! It was a super fun house. She was limited to 10 friends but this house was big enough for way more.

Great sleepover party spot for my teen!

We had my daughter's 14th bday sleepover here and it was perfect! The girls had a blast playing pickleball and putt putt and then watching movies in the comfy living room. There was more than enough room for everyone, and it's super convenient to the grocery store for last minute needs. I specifically loved the master suite. I read my book in the comfy reading chair/nook and took a bath in the fabulous bathtub. I felt like I was on a spa vacation! The house was super clean and comfy. Will def. go back.

Great location of home and plenty of space, but lacking on needs. Limited towel and coffee mugs for a house meant to hold >10 people. Backyard could also use some cleaning and maintenance.

Misleading photos and untidy property

The property as mentioned in photos does not have a pool of that size. I did see a small hot tub but it doesn’t work. Also the property isnt clean at all. There is lot of dust under carpets and bathrooms smelled bad. Great location but an old property with very bad maintenance. Wouldn’t recommend this.

Walk in to find big roaches almost in all around the house and floors where dirty sticky and beds where not clean . House was not well keept
