Locale is rural but we had no problem getting to Waiuku and Pukekohe for groceries and other errands. We wanted a place near the ocean, so we had a great view and access to the beach. The tide was out most of our stay. There were views of the stunning sunsets. We had gone to this place for business. The venue is a nice quiet place to meet. The house is immaculate, clean and has thoughtful touches throughout. We had great communication with Diane before we arrived and during our stay. Diane was prompt to reply to our questions which allowed us to focus on our purpose and agenda. The propoerty met our needs and we were able to get through our agenda and leave revitalised, re-energised and focused for our business. It was an awesome stay. ##### Jodie O.
