We loved the authenticity and cosy bed and fire. We felt the bathroom let it down. Nowhere to pop your toiletries. Rae was wonderful at bringing us coffee which was missing and looked after us well.

There was excellent communication from staff in the lead up to us checking in. On arrival at the cottages we were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff. The cottages are absolutely gorgeous, photos dont do them justice. They have clearly thought of everything for the guests to have a well equipped stay. Will definitely be booking to stay again. Very happy customer!
Excellent communication by staff prior to arrival. Lovely accomodation as always. This was our second time there. Even forgot my Apple Watch there after checkout, was at the beach when I remembered, but staff were soo honest and nice to call and notify me to come pick it up

Stay at Vineyard Cottages & Conference Centre
Everything was so nice to stay. The facilities in the lodge was very interesting and old enough to feel another world. Host was very kind. One more advantage was The Hunting Lodge Winery was 5 minutes on foot. We had dinner on the winery. We wanna stay again in the future.

Just what the doctor ordered! Quiet, quaint, warm and rustic. You could have dinner and drinks at a gorgeous restaurant over the fence or get takeaways or just stay in and relax in the ambiance. Loved it 😊

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottages, very beautiful and quiet, large and cute step back in time, Prehaps the only let downs was the no contactless entery as advertised and emailed out in the instructions, but the lady was lovely, I was just ment to be getting ready for a wedding though. There was a few issues with power points and switches being broken, but not a safety issue. Only 2 sheets of news paper were supplied to start the fire, needless to say that's was a loosing battle, there was a excess of toilet tissue supplied and just a few sheets did the trick and the fire was beautiful once up to steam. Prehaps leave the heater on low over night as it was rather cold in the morning. All and all 7/10 the price might indicate a slightly titer ship tho. Otherwise the bed and sleep was great and the breakfast was just the job. Would highly recommend.

Spacious quiet and secluded cottages in beautiful grounds. Breakfast and other amenities including firewood supplied which was great. However unaware that shampoo & conditioner not supplied so unable to wash hair after golf before going out for dinner.

Vineyard Cottages are situated in beautifully kept grounds and are well spaced apart for privacy. I loved the unique style of the cottage that we stayed in and felt very much at home. We'll be back again soon.

Nice little getaway
Lovely place not too far outside of Auckland. The cottage was nice and cozy, although it could have been nice with a fire in the evening and morning as the mornings were a little cold. Lovely with a breakfast as well! For couples with crawling babies, the floors may be slippery, and the bathroom can pose a hazard when using conditioner.

Beautiful location, the accommodation was excellent. 5 minute walk to wine tasting and food. Would have been nice to have hand-wash in the bathroom and kitchen though.

Many unexpected nice touches like antique-quality furnishings. Size is perfect for a couple - separate bedroom, sitting room (with fireplace), and a generous breakfast at a kitchen table for two. Porch out front is also perfect for photo-ops. All things considered - a great Auckland getaway if you long for a bit of country life away from the city.
