Prix compétitif mais propreté pas au RDV
Hotel bien placé dans le quartier des affaires. Le prix est compétitif mais cela ne justifie pas l'état de propreté de la chambre. Un rideau de douche moisi, un rebord de fenêtre du plan de cuisine et son rideau sales et un ascenseur sur les deux resté avec un sol très collant tout le temps du séjour. Le petit déjeuner à prendre dans un bar un peu plus haut est correct.

Chambre sale, il restait des papiers et bouteille d’eau sous le lit d’occupants précédent. odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre et le couloir. Mobilier et décoration très vieillissante voir dégradée. Lavabo fissuré. L’emplacement est juste parfait

Juste pour l’emplacement
Mise à part l’emplacement dans le CBD et le personnel très sympathique, cet hôtel est très cher pour la qualité de la chambre fournie. Salle de bain de la taille d’une grande cabine de douche, balcon ridicule, pas de climatisation et si on ouvre la fenêtre c est le bruit.

Hotel très bien situé dans le centre à 100 m des arrêts de bus et notamment de celui de skybus pour aller à l'aéroport. Bars, restaurants, port, commerces à proximité.

Excellent séjour, le skybus de l'aéroport vous pose à 100m de l’hôtel, en plein centre ville, proche des commerces, du port, de la skytower, plusieurs lignes de bus à 100m pour aller dans la ville, bars, restaurants à proximité, situation exceptionnelle. Personnel avenant, disponible et arrangeant, faisant de gros efforts pour me comprendre malgré la pauvreté de mon anglais! Chambre claire et surface tout à fait acceptable pour 2 personnes. Je dois retourner à Auchkland et je retournerai à l'hotel IBIS.

La chambre avec lit double est très petite, elle convient pour un court séjour. Il y a de quoi se préparer un thé ou un café mais l'équipement reste sommaire. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein centre ville, à 5min du port et des arrêts de bus de/vers l'aéroport. Wifi gratuit mais attention à la consommation. Selon la durée de votre séjour, on vous donnera plusieurs codes qui expireront lorsque vous aurez consommé une certaine quantité de données.

Beaucoup de bruit, courtes nuits.
Hotel correct, bon rapport qualité/prix. Offre ce qu'on attend d'un 2 étoiles. Toutefois, nous avons très peu dormi. Chambre mal isolée et sans climatisation avec fenêtre donnant sur une rue où se trouvent plusieurs bars, donc beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à 4 h00. De plus, édifice en démolition en face et retour au travail des ouvriers à 8h00 même le samedi.

It is central city so very handy if not staying long at the motel but the bathroom had a lot of dust in the fan and just around the bathroom in general, there was also only 1 elevator which was annoying and the heaters in the lobby smelt so strongly of gas.

I had the worst experience with the receptionist at this hotel during my stay in Auckland. The receptionist was rude and completely ignored me when I arrived at the desk. His attitude didnt improve when there was a mistake with my booking and he made it seem as if I was stupid for not knowing the rules. The mistake was easily resolved when a different receptionist intervened eventually. Perhaps the guy was having a bad day or something but making a customer feel uncomfortable and stupid is probably the least I expected when I decided to stay at Ibis budget. The Hotel itself was ok perhaps a bit old but it is the poor level of service that I wouldnt recommend this Hotel.

If you are after a no nonsense place to stay in the centre of the city, somewhere to just sleep then this is your place. Budget - still seemed pretty expensive for what it was! Great location, clean but very compact

We arrived and were nearly charged an extra $100 for the room and had to show the booking again for that to be manually changed. When we got up to the room, it stank of urine. Hands down the worse place I’ve stayed.

Starting with a couple of positives, we arrived late(ish) and the staff were very helpful, arranged us an airport transfer for the following day whilst checking us in. Beds comfy with good cotton linen. The rest of the set up is weird, like prisoner in cell block H. Tiny too hot room with no Aircon. They managed to fit it two cooker hotplates and microwave but no pots, crockery of cutlery. ( I can't imagine anyone wanting to cook in there anyway). Bathroom like I last experienced on a ferry, tiny. Lots of late night noise from the streets outside. I won't be staying again.

Good central location, concierge staff good. Room servicing ok until last day when someone accessed my room whilst I was out in the evening. I reported this to 2 concierge, but got the impression I was not believed. I was told the report would be passed to the housekeeper, but I have heard nothing since.
