Quirky hotel with a unique Maori theme. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for about half of our meals and particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. The room was nice overall but the bed was a really stiff and not as comfortable as we would have liked, and when we first arrived there were no towels in our bathroom. It was about 20 minutes before they were delivered to us upon request. A few small drawbacks, but overall we had a fine stay.

Excellent new gym! The pool looked good, but didn’t try it. Good buffet breakfast! Comfortable beds and linen! Clean bathrooms! General wear and tear for its age - decor could be lightened up and refreshed and updated to a consistent theme.
