"The Hotel was Impressive/Clean and the Staff was amazing."

"The room smelled horrible upon entering, I went to the office to inquire about a refund immediately. Through the noise due to a man using a drill behind the counter I was told I could receive a refund by the manager(Jasmine) "who handles those and is off today". I received her email address, and after finding a clean room for a few nights emailed her only to have zero communication. It has been 2 months and I have yet to speak to anyone at the front desk when calling. I cannot recommend this establishment for anyone."

"Check in was a bit bumpy, my husband is disabled and I had requested a ground floor room via the website and apparently, they never received it and tried to put us on the third floor. We were told there was no availability on the first floor but a very kind woman came out of her office and suggested two rooms on the first floor that were deliberately left vacant so they could clean carpets and offered one to us. Great customer service! Very nice property, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Merced. Fridge wasn't working and they offered to move us, but we declined. Would highly recommend this property."

"Great staff and clean rooms "

"The pool is completely boarded up, however they are associated with the hotel next door and use of that pool. The associate who checked us in was very nice. Some of the clientele were a bit sketchy, which isn't the hotels fault, however when those people partied/fought between midnight and 530 am, it was loud, disturbing, and a bit scary. No, we didn't notify the hotel about it. The room was clean, no issues there. Somewhere I read the words "Breakfast Buffet". Their version of that and mine are not the same. The only hot item was waffles. Anyway, the price was fine, staff was nice, and room was clean. Easy stop between Vegas and home. "
