"Front desk was not as friendly, room was too hot, no blankets in the room, the only nice ppl were the housekeepers, calling front desk was horrible because they never answered, I had to go down my self to talk to someone."

"We were pleasantly surprised to see the nicely remodeled rooms and the service here. The remodeling looks recent and the room looked really good even better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. Did not expect this from a hotel near the airport. The breakfast was quite decent too. Staff was very courteous and nice too. Definitely value for money "

"Hotel was great for location and price. The two girls fro morning staff attitudes could have been better being it’s a busier hotel and many people have needs so their irritation when questions were being asked or assistance needed was very disappointing. There is not enough parking so it took 30 mins before I was able to ask and get parking in no parking zone at hotel staff suggestions the $17 a night parking is unjustified and I would like a refund as I truly did not use the lot at no fault of my own. "
