« Location , location, location. To say the least this place was convenient to all of the places we had on our agenda. Beach, Jacksonville University, food and shopping. Oh and across the street from the apartments where my granddaughter lives. Pet friendly too! We would definitely stay here again. »

« Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again. »

« House was cute and well maintained. Reasonably stocked - although plastic cups, dishes and plates would be great with kids and the pool. The pool was great to swim in. We misunderstood/didn't read further to know the hot tub would not be able to heat, but it was so hot that we didn't need it even at night.Overall we had a wonderful stay and thank the host for letting us check in slightly early. »

« Other than the issue with the upstairs neighbors being unruly, the stay was great. I know that is out of your control until you hear about it. The next night was 95% better, still a little bit from young people, I get it, I was young once. Overall the stay was just what we needed, the location is great also. »

« This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. »

« L'arrivée surprenante car on nous demande de payer 100$ par CB pour la caution, et on ne nous la rembourse pas au départ !!! Sois disant on aura le remboursement sous un délai d'un mois ( dans les autres hôtels on prend juste l'empreinte de notre CB). A part cela, l'hôtel très bien positionné pour le levé du soleil magnifique et piscine très bien »

« Lors de mon arrivée l’accueil a été froid, puis on m’a annoncé un problème avec ma réservation (au lieu de 4 nuits il n’y avait plus qu’une). Le lendemain matin j’étais en quête d’un nouvel hôtel. Et là , à la réception, j’annonce mon départ aux deux membres de l’accueil. À la surprise générale, tout était arrangé . Je tenais à remercier mille fois DJ qui a été hyper accueillante et hyper professionnelle pour le restant du séjour et merci mille à Katie pour m’avoir aidée . C’est 2 personnes...
