Amazing Property

The property is exactly as online. The neighborhood was really nice and SAFE, the surroundings felt safe which is very important to my family and I. The neighborhood was also very quiet. We had an itinerary for each day we were there and the property was close to all of the places on the itinerary. We didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the property like we wanted to because of the itinerary, we were on the go, but we definitely enjoyed the time we were there!

The House is beautiful.. The decor is amazing The family really enjoyed ourselves. My only request, when the home is not occupied, someone need to spray on a regular basis. Other than that, we most certainly look forward to using the same owner, moving forward.

Phenomenal House--Perfect in Every Way!!

Our recent stay at this beautiful home in Duluth, GA was absolutely wonderful. The home had every amenity one would want. And, the property managers, Tony Phan and Hai Dinh, are the best on the planet. They were great communicators and provided me with loads of helpful information about check-in and check-out procedures, house features, and local area points of interest. I highly recommend this property to any family planning to visit in the greater Atlanta area!!

Family visit

The house was beautiful, pictures did not deceive at all! We took full advantage of the garage that had a basketball game, pool table, air hockey, and a treadmill. Great to have! If you are using the house as more of a hotel, this is the place for you. We planned on doing some cooking and found that beyond utensils, nothing was provided in the house. We even had to purchase salt and pepper. If you don’t cook in the house, then no problem here! There also was the lack of cleaning supplies in the home. There was not even a spray to wipe down surfaces. I would return without hesitation, trips to the grocery store were quick and easy given the location of the home.

Even more beautiful in person! Even more things in the gameroom/garage than shown online! Love it! Tony was amazing from checking in to leaving! My son left his Apple Watch and Tony is holding it for us so my friend who lives in the area can meet him this week. Everything was beautiful! Complimentary water and coffee upon arrival and for our stay. I loved everything about the house! My 2 sons did not want to leave. Perfect location! Very easy access to highways, stores & malls. Perfect for a family. I can go on and on but I will not, it was more than what I expected and even more beautiful in person! We will definitely be staying here again.

Gorgeous House

The house is as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures! It’s about 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta, but there are stores and restaurants nearby that are terrific also. It’s a pretty formal setting, so be prepared for that. I was a little worried that my grandson would make a mess, and that was a little stressful. I kept wiping up every smudge. Everything worked fine. It was comfortable. We enjoyed staying there.

Absolutlely Perfect

April 2019. If it were possible to give this home more than 5 stars then I would. So I will just say this home deserves a higher rating. I stayed here for five days with my Lady friend and her sister. We were absolutely awestruck when we took the home tour with our host Tony. This place was so beautiful and immaculate. Pictures are great but do not capture all that this home is.. The beds slept great, the game room was fun. This home was so stunning to our group that we changed our plans to spend more time in the house and we did. A lot of thought went into the decorum of this home. So many very uniquely special accent pieces can be found through out the entirety of this vacation home. My only regret is that we have to wait so long before we can return. We highly recommend this home as a most wonderful place to stay when you are in the Atlanta area. Our host Tony warmly greeted us, gave us a home tour which included instructions and demonstrations of features of the home and made us feel very welcomed.
