« Very nice home. It was very nice to be right on the lake with all of the outdoor amenities included! When we checked in the AC upstairs was not working but after cleaning the filter it worked fine. Plenty of space for everything we needed. It was a bit dirty in the o it side of the house mainly on the deck area. Other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again! »

« We stayed in this VRBO unit for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The rental was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, which made it easy to enjoy the area. The unit was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows, however, could use an update as they were not as comfortable as the beds themselves.The kitchen was functional but lacked basic items such as kitchen towels and dishcloths for cleaning. We also experienced issues with the dryer...

« The best thing that can be said about this property is that the property manager was adequately responsive to my texts, unfortunately, she was unable to correct the defects at this property.To begin, the code that they gave me for the lock was wrong. It took 20 minutes of my family waiting outside, for them to give me a code that would work.When we did get in the house we found it extremely dirty and in disrepair. There were dead and live insects in both bathrooms and in the downstairs bedrooms....

« Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...
