« Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels. My kids call this Spider House, as bugs were everywhere (despite roach bait on counters). We stayed here for a ball tournament. Fortunately we didn’t...

« Stephanie was very good at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. Our party of 5 had staggered arrivals, but the timely communication made it easy for us to manage checking in. One of our cousins is sensitive to smokes and she picked up scent of previous exposure to smoking in the house. The bathroom near the garage seemed the site of repeated smoking by an occupant. We had to keep the air conditioner running to mitigate it somewhat. A change of air filter and deep deodorizing...

« The home was extremely clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is close to several restaurants and coffee shops.I always pack things I may need at VRBO homes, but these hosts went "above and beyond" thinking of the little extras ... they had a few extra rolls of toilet paper, some dish pods to run the dishwasher, and even some pods for laundry! « Cute & quiet farm home. All the essentials provided. It was a little far back in the “woods.” Linen closet needed a bit of organizing, everything was kind of haphazardly thrown in. The inside of the home was a bit dated but had a warm & inviting theme of sunflowers. The upstairs was cute, but had low slanted ceilings. The upstairs also didn’t have a shower. Loved the closed in back porch. Overall it was good. »
