The villa is located just 5 kilometers from the center of Megara and 40 kilometers from the center of Athens, Piraeus, and Loutraki. Elefsina is 22 kilometers away, the private Megara airport is just 8.5 kilometers away, and the Athens International Circuit racetrack “Galaxy Motorsports” is 6 kilometers away. Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is 70 kilometers from the villa.  
  
The villa consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable and bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, and kettle.
