Elevator not working. Bed had possible pubic hair on it. Spotted spider found in room. Unclean sink. Keycards stopped working day before check out"

The only suggestion I have is that the breakfast buffet (not included in price of stay) could have been more robust in the offerings and the stocking of items. We ended up eating out for breakfast after day 1 but, would have much preferred to eat on site."

"My room was clean and comfortable except for some piled up dust bunnies. I was there 6 days 5 nights and no one ever came in to sweep or add clean towels. No toiletries, iron or blow drier. Noise tolerance was very good which that means a lot to me. You can hear the express way throughout the night but I didn’t mind it. As for parking and ac/heat it worked well. The really need to replace the rugs out of the rooms, they have seen their last days. The smell is uninviting."
