THIMARI. Unique location, one min from the beach!

"Loved our stay right in the heart of beautiful Assos at Thimari!The apartment is stunning, with three fab balconies, comfy chairs, a parasol and gorgeous sea views. It was also lovely being able to walk down the stairs opposite the apartment for a swim in the sea.We had a fabulous walk up to the castle one morning and enjoyed some delicious meals at Asiotis, Kantina and Sea Side, but 3 Wise Monkeys was our favourite. The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing, and the service was great too!We would definitely recommend staying at Thimari. There were three of us, so one person slept on the sofa bed downstairs, but it was very comfortable. If I’m being really picky, a mirror and a few clothes hooks downstairs would be great, and perhaps a little shelf in the downstairs shower room for your toothbrush and toiletries would be handy. But these are just tiny things that would make an already wonderful apartment even more perfect!Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"Comfortable and well maintained home with absolutely stunning views. Easy walk to town of ASOS and harbor. Only issue was not having towels/linens replaced as scheduled but this was managed well once we reached out to host. Lots of space to spread out and having a washing machine was super helpful. Would recommend"

"Excellent villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are absolutely incredible. A lovely villa for a family holiday, just beware, the shallow end of the pool is 1.1m, so children less than, say 7 won’t be able to stand up in the shallow end."

"We had an amazing stay at Leo’s Lounge. Right on the water with only 7 steps from our door to be swimming in the beautiful sea. Our accommodation was lovely and we had everything we needed for a great stay on Assos. Thought and care has gone into the design and function of Leo’s Lounge. We had the pleasure of meeting owner, Nick, and enjoyed one of the best meals of our lives at 3 Wise Monkeys, a restaurant he owns and operates. Highly recommend. "
Dafni - Two Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 4

"We very much liked the location of Dafni and the rustic style of the property. Unfortunately, there were a few minor domestic issues which reduced our options and overall enjoyment while staying at the property. One of the glasses was chipped on the rim and could have caused a laceration to the mouth had I not noticed it. The inside of the mugs were quite discoloured and made us feel reluctant to use them. The induction hob was on lock mode and was difficult for us to work out how to unlock it. The TV channels had to be re-configured which took the technicians a good 30 minutes to resolve when they visited the following day. The dishwasher never worked. We reported it on Wednesday 10/09/25, but no-one arrived to repair it by the time we left on Sunday 14/09/25. There was only one toilet roll in the shower room and en-suite, no kitchen rolls and the tea towel had a hole in it. While we were most grateful for the complimentary foodstuffs left for us, the bread which had been left on top of the work surface in the kitchen area was covered in ants. The ants were crawling all over the work surface. The housekeeper visited midweek - and at our request left more toilet rolls but informed us we had to buy our own kitchen towels. She did not change the bedlinen in both bedrooms but we were pleased she issued fresh towels.The pool, outdoor area and views were amazing. It was a very peaceful area to be in. Samantha from Vintage Travel assisted to resolve some of the issues"
