"I was not having the best to ever, then I got to Kiowa. From the moment I booked. They were the first ever to give me a call to confirm reservations and ask when I would be arriving, to ensure my room would be ready. The whole experience was awesome. "This place was amazing, as always, especially after a trip filled with hotels with no customer service and high incidental fees. We walked in at 1:30 am, gave the clerk my name, started to pull out my ID, and he said, "I got it, here's your key". That was it. Less than a minute to check in, no high incidental fees, total kindness to a couple checking in late after a long drive. And the room was large, inviting, and comfortable with a pretty view of the pond. That was the perfect ending to our trip. Thank you!"
