Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood yet ideally located 5 minutes drive from Queenstown's bustling centre. A new bike trail connects directly to Arrowtown linking with the Queenstown trail bike network. A 5 minute walk leads to the famous Shotover Jetboat location. There are 4 restaurants/bars located within walking distance and an indoor bowling alley. There is a general store within walking distance for bread/milk etc. The bus stop is located just a 2 minute walk from the house and takes you directly into Queenstown centre, Frankton and Arrowtown. The house is spacious with 2 separate entertaining rooms both with a Smart TV allowing families to spread out. There is a separate dining area and kitchen. The large garden has an outdoor seating area with a table/benches and a comfortable sofa area and a gas BBQ. The kids will love the jungle gym with swings, roman rings, a trapeze and the 12ft trampoline.
