However the receptionist who "wecomed" us was more interested in telling us what we could not do, having arrived 30 minutes before check in time. We did not ask for any early entry or ask to leave our bags, simply wanted to know where we could go for a drink/coffee until check in time. No such information was offered just reiterated that we could not get in to our room. A less than welcoming welcome."
