« Small but cosy. Excellent location in beautiful area with direct access to hiking routes. Friendly folks, convenient parking, dogs can freely play and swim right next door. No airco or stove/hub. Loads of peace and quite, but occassionally noisy motorcycles on the road in front. Great stay for hiking couples! »

« The owner, Heather, was very welcoming and hospitable. Heather was informative about the local sites and places to visit. A peaceful location outside Skipton. Well appointed accomodation, although be challenging for less mobile guests due to the stairs and bathroom, however there is a stair lift to help.
Good wifi and lovely to be given welcoming custard tarts and butterscotch toffees. »

« River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. Beds are well made and comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need from shampoo and conditioner to hand soap. Highly recommend a stay here, it’s a shame we...

« I am a few times returning customer to the Town Hall Flats and stay here because it s located in the town square and has disability parking bays right outside. The stairs to the properties can be hard going though and aren't disabled friendly. The apartments are very spacious, clean and comfortable with a very workable kitchen for self catering. »

« The property was lovely and very cosy. I took milk and coffee with me but there was already coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and water supplied. Take essentials with you cos it's a single lane along the countryside and, it's a trek to the nearest shop. It has beautiful views through all the windows and there was a beautiful waterfall just a 10 minute walk from the property. The host was very friendly and replies fast. My sister was unwell on the morning of checkout and the host was extremely...

« Our accommodation was thoughtfully equipped, with every detail beautifully considered. Stylish, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, it’s a wonderful place to relax — especially with the stunning views from Penhill.
Henry and Penny are exceptional hosts, full of great recommendations for walks, restaurants, and local history. A truly memorable stay that we’d highly recommend. »

« Charming 3-level cottage with very cosy tv-lounge on lowest level. Street-level entry is to the kitchen area and main bathroom and 2 bedrooms are upstairs. Freshly decorated and clean. Bigger cars will struggle navigating the tiny lanes to park outside the property; that said, a rather large builder's van working across the road had no trouble. Overall, very good. »
